John has spent the last 15 years working in Silicon Valley in everything from
start-ups to Multi-billion dollar global enterprises. John has
served as CEO of two highly regarded start-ups, successfully
selling one company in 2001 and another in 2008 for combined
transaction value well in excess of $100M. John also served as
Vice President of the components division of Flextronics International
and as Entrepreneur in Residence at Sequoia Capital. He currently
sits on the Board of Directors of the privately-held Deblur Technologies
Ltd. John possesses Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Physics
and Mathematics from UC Irvine.

Vice
President of Business Development
Bill has more than 30 years of contract manufacturing experience in OEMs and
EMS providers including companies such as Motorola, Rockwell
International, Alcatel and Flextronics. Most recently Bill served
for 3 years as Global Division President for Pentair, a $6B provider
of industrial and water treatment products. Bill possesses a
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Masters of
Business Administration from DePaul University.
Sandy Carr
Outsourcing Contracts Specialist
Sandy comes to us with over 26 years of contract drafting, negotiating and providing OEM training, including expertise in procurement, contract manufacturing, design services, original design and manufacturing, repair, logistics and reverse logistics transactions, technology and software development, intellectual property licensing, structuring cross-border and international transactions, as well as Business Process Outsourcing and IT Outsourcing. She has gained her experience both on the OEM side and on the outsourcing provider side. She worked in-house at Storage Technology Corporation and also as a consultant to many small, medium and large OEMs in a variety of IT, telecommunication, and other industries. She also has worked in-house with Flextronics, negotiating and drafting contracts on behalf of this large EMS and ODM provider with their OEM customers. Sandy has Bachelor of Science in Business Education from the University of Florida, as well as a Masters of Business Administration (finance emphasis) and a Juris Doctor, both from the University of Colorado.

Henry has spent the last 10 years working in various purchasing, sourcing and
supply chain management roles in Southern China. He has worked
in supply chain management for both OEMs and EMS companies including
Foxconn, Flextronics and BYD and is an expert at China Manufacturing.
Henry possesses a Bachelor Degree from Northwestern Polytechnic
University in Xi ‘An.

Sr.
Programs Specialist
Cris brings more than 25 years of both OEM and EMS program management and contract
manufacturing experience to Riverwood. Cris has managed production
and NPI programs for Teledyne, IBM, Cisco, HP, Motorola and others
companies and is highly regarded in Silicon Valley for deep expertise
is program management. In her career Cris has launched more than
50 new products on four continents and is highly skilled in product
cost containment and international product transfer.

Francisco Fregoso
Dierctor, Operations & Supply Chain - Mexico
Juan Francisco brings more
than a decade of contract manufacturing program management
experience, having worked at both Natsteel and Flextronics
in Guadalajara. He has demonstrated considerable expertise
in account management and international product transfers
for companies such as Sun, Motorola, Calix, Siemens and others.
Juan possesses a Bachelors of Science Degree Industrial Engineering
and a Masters of Business Administration in International
Commerce from ITESM.

Gilley
Vice
President of Western Region
Tom has spent his entire 20 year career in operations oriented roles in contract
manufacturing ranging from purchasing and planning, to program
management, plant manager and general manager. He has worked
at small companies such as Altatron and nLight as well as large
companies like Flextronics. Tom was co-founder of Oreamnos Partners,
where he provided consulting and advisory services to companies
large and small on four continents. Tom possesses a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Economics as well as a Masters of Business
Administration from the University of Denver.
Chuck Hodges
Vice President, Product Realization
Chuck has 25 years of experience in product development with 50+ product launches under his belt, including game-changing products such as the Palm Pilot and the Xbox. Chuck’s design expertise includes analog, RF, mechanicals, test development and industrialization, and his work has spanned many market segments including consumer electronics, medical devices, telecom and ATE. For the past 15 years Chuck has run design and industrialization center; managed 100+ person engineering teams; managed a global industrialization teams. Currently he is leading product realization efforts for a groundbreaking medical device. Chuck possesses a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Keith Howard
Director, Program Management for Product Realization
Besides having an engineering degree from Michigan State and 15 years of program management experience, Keith has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist for 25 years with hands-on experience working with patients with various respiratory ailments. For the past 10 years, Keith had managed complex programs with global reach in diverse fields including automotive, white goods, medical device and consumer electronics. Major achievements included product launches of satellite radios, MP3 players, blood glucose meters, automotive controller boards and dryer consoles. Currently he is project managing the development of two new respiratory devices.

Management Specialist
Kumar has served in materials management, procurement and supply chain management
roles for almost 25 years. Kumar has worked in contract manufacturing
management for numerous OEM and EMS companies and has considerable
expertise in the area of MRP, planning and factory materials
management. He has worked in the electronics industry in the
US, Mexico, China and Malaysia. Kumar possess a Bachelors Degree
in Business Administration.

George possesses more than 25 years of computer and electronic products distribution and Asian sourcing expertise. Prior to joining Riverwood Solutions, George served as North American Distribution Channel Manger for Corsair Memory Products. Prior to joining Corsair George held senior management positions at Distributors SED International, and Tech Data Corporation where he was responsible for managing the components and manufacturer relationships with companies such as Intel, AMD, Seagate, Maxtor, Kingston, ASUS, and Smart Modular.

Director
Mary has been in Operations for 15 years, with a proven track record in global
account management, supply chain management, logistics, and after
market services. She has negotiated large scale contracts including
direct involvement in negotiating and integrating several significant
EMS industry acquisitions. Mary has managed operational set up,
new product introduction, and international product transfers
for major companies including Cisco, Nortel, RIM, and Motorola.
She is also experienced in managing small to mid-size accounts,
navigating through the challenges of limited resources and financial
constraints. Mary has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from UC
Santa Cruz, graduating with honors.
Johnny Neves
Materials Planning and Program Management Specialist
Johnny brings to Riverwood nearly 10 years of operations experience specializing in materials, planning, ERP and program management. His broad practical ERP user experience and EMS industry background serving multiple OEM customers gives Johnny a unique perspective on shop floor materials and S & OP management. Johnny is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish and has worked with numerous OEMs in Latin America.
Anh Nguyen
Sr. ERP & Supply Chain Process Specialist
Anh brings to Riverwood Solutions more than 10 years of experience in ERP, demand planning and Supply Chain Management processes. She is one of the foremost Demantra subject matter specialists in Silicon Valley. Anh has implemented Advanced Supply Chain Planning modules and has re-designed ERP systems for build to forecast environments. Anh held various roles in ERP implementation, demand planning, materials management and master scheduling in various high tech companies. As a consultant, she has helped develop forecasting, planning and scheduling processes and methodologies, redesigned NPI processes, and developed operational metrics for numerous companies in Silicon Valley and offshore.

and sizes. He possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology
and a Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology
from the University of Oregon.

Wallingford
Vice President, Supply Chain Strategy
Jeff brings more than 15 years of operations experience to Riverwood from small
OEM companies such as Electronics For Imaging and Metcal to large
Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies like Flextronics.
Prior to joining Riverwood, Jeff served as Vice President of
Strategy at Flextronics where he developed supply chain and fulfillment
strategies for global OEMs such as HP. Jeff is the holder of
US patent 6201930. He possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Manufacturing
Systems Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration,
both from Stanford.
Bob Zapotosky
Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance Specialist
Bob comes to us with 25 years of operations focused finance experience. Having held roles such as CFO, VP Finance and Controller, Bob has a breadth of experience across the full range of a operations finance positions. Most recently, Bob served as the CFO/Corporate Secretary for a major privately-held company. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
